With 17.5 million adults in Great Britain living with a long-term health condition at some time, scores of families are facing the challenges that this brings. Potentially life-threatening conditions can strike at a relatively young age and people face an uncertain future. Does this strike a chord with you? Perhaps a lack of confidence is holding you back? The coaching process can restore your self-belief, help you meet the challenges and enable you to feel ‘in control’.

Those supporting an ill relative or friend often tell us they have no-one to talk to and feel ‘on their own’. Wellbeing coaching can provide a conversation ‘with a purpose,’ clients feel supported and inspired to improve their own lives in:

  • making informed choices from the options available  
  • feeling in control 
  • providing effective support to family / friends
  • enjoying better life balances for themselves
  • improving their sense of wellbeing

I offer Health and Wellbeing Coaching for:

  • individuals - by working with you on a one-to-one basis, I can help you to cope better with the challenges you are facing.
