my agenda is your wellbeing and success

Resolution - following separation or divorce

If you have separated from your partner, then I can help you get your life back on track by making a fresh start. As a member of Resolution, I work to the same Code of Practice as leading family lawyers. By working together, you will be able to:

  • resolve issues
  • develop strategies
  • take positive steps forward
  • turn dreams into reality

For an introduction, book a free session and / or join me for an interactive workshop to enable you to experience first-hand the benefits of life coaching. You will learn self-help tools as well as formulating plans for the future.

If you are also a parent, then like most parents you probably worry about whether you are doing a good job. Society’s expectations are high, and you want to commit to being the best parent possible. Typically, this worry is exacerbated when parents have separated. Parent coaching will enable you to:

  • reflect on all aspects of your life as a parent
  • find solutions to problems affecting all parents
  • deal with new challenges you are facing
  • build the future you want for yourself and your family
  • enhance your own and your family’s wellbeing

Coaching is appropriate for older children too; parental consent is required for children under 16 years of age. This can include sessions for individual children or joint sessions for siblings, as well as family sessions.

To find out more about how I can help, book a free session and / or join me for a short programme of two interactive workshops. Through these you can experience first-hand the benefits of life coaching, learn self-help tools, and formulate plans for the future.

Testimonials

Louise is keen and supportive of me in my efforts to examine the best way forward for me at this time. We work in an atmosphere of trust, honesty and openness. Louise encourages me to explore all the options, and has ensured that goals and desirable outcomes are identified by the end of each session for me to work on in the intervening period between sessions. I have found the exercise looking at identifying the most important things in my life and how satisfying they currently are particularly helpful in clarifying where I need to be.
