Wellbeing Coaching Workshops: After separation/divorce - making a fresh start
Practical, interactive workshops designed for those who want to:
- explore challenges they’re facing
- take stock of their lives
- manage change better
- learn self-help tools
- take positive steps and move forward
All programmes focus on practical, interactive exercises designed to increase confidence and motivation. You share experiences with others facing similar challenges and who want to increase their own wellbeing. Self-help tools learned can be applied at any time in the future and you will go away with your own actions to implement.
One workshop of 2 hours duration is designed for those who are NOT parents, whilst the programme designed for parents consists of two, 2.5 hours sessions: Parent coaching is introduced, challenges identified and possible solutions explored so that individual action plans can be formulated.
One-to-one coaching sessions are available as follow up to the workshops and the first of these is FREE.
